"REALTORS® who take the SRES® designation course learn the differences in senior generations and how to communicate with them."
- Joe Marovich, SRES® Designation Course Instructor
Classroom senior real estate courses are offered through the REBAC network of licensed course providers, which includes REALTOR® associations, proprietary schools, and national franchises. Unfortunately, we do not currently have senior real estate course offerings in each state. We do offer live courses all over the country. Please be patient, and keep checking www.training4re.com – more course offerings are added each week!
Please contact the local provider for tuition cost. You may find the contact information for the course provider through www.training4re.com.
Yes. The SRES® designation course may be taken through REALTOR® University. For more information and to purchase our senior real estate course visit REALTOR® University.
You have six months from the time of purchase to complete your online SRES® courses. In that time, you may log in and out of your account as many times as you like, and complete the courses when it is convenient for you.
The SRES® course may be eligible for continuing education credit. Please check with your course provider on if and how many credits are available.
You may only call yourself an SRES® designee and use the SRES® designation when you have been informed by the Seniors Real Estate Council® that your application has been approved and you have been awarded the SRES® designation. You will then receive login information for the member services portion of the Web site, which contains senior real estate marketing materials, the latest news and information, and a network of other designees.
