(1) You agree to use this Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and to identify real estate agents who have satisfied the requirements of SRES Council for certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist®. The information at this Site may not be copied, recompiled, or used for any other purpose than as set forth herein. You may not use the information found at this Site to contact or solicit members for commercial purposes.

(2) SRES is a Council of REBAC and pursuant to its policies, REBAC maintains the right to act on behalf of SRES as provided herein. The information contained at this Site is collected from various sources, including members of the National Association of REALTORS® (ÒNARÓ) and the Real Estate BuyerÕs Agent Council (ÒREBACÓ). Although REBAC takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure that information displayed on the Site is accurate, REBAC does not represent, warrant, or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information displayed, uploaded, downloaded, or distributed through this Site by any user, or any other person or entity. Access to this database is provided as a public service.

(8) SRES®, SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALISTS®, ÒWhere the future takes shapeÓ, the SRES® logo, and Seniorsrealestate.com are trademarks, service marks, membership marks, and/or logos of REBAC (the ÒMarksÓ). All Marks appearing on this Site are the property of REBAC and all rights are reserved by REBAC. Members of REBAC using any of the Marks should refer to the rules and regulations governing use of the Marks to assure proper usage.

(9) The privacy of the users of this Site is also important to us. For that reason this Site does not collect information regarding persons using the Site.

(10) Illinois law controls any legal claim concerning the Site. These Terms of Use may be changed at any time without notice at the sole discretion of REBAC. Any change in these Terms of Use will be posted at the site in advance of the changes becoming effective.
